OAHU, HAWAII- The International Bodyboarding Association has confirmed that the 2013 IBA Pipe Challenge will run as a "Specialty Event" in the originally scheduled competition window of February 16th - March 1st. The event will be managed locally by 1986 World Champion Ben Severson and USBA (United Sates Bodyboarding Association) Tour Director Jason Bitzer.
