OAHU, HAWAII- Following a tumultuous week in which the International Bodyboarding Association was forced to cancel the 2013 IBA Pipe Challenge, then salvage it as a "Specialty Event," the Pipe Challenge has officially been re-insated as a full GSS (Grand Slam Series) event awarding the appropriate prize money and world tour points.
