PRAIA DO NORTE, PORTUGAL- Defending 2015 APB Men's World Champion Jared Houston has withdrawn from competition at the 2016 Nazaré Pro, as well as the season Finale at Fronton, due to a dislocated shoulder suffered during a training session at Nazaré. TANNER MCDANIEL ENTERS PJWT SEASON FINALE WITH POINTS LEAD

PRAIA DO NORTE, PORTUGAL- Hawaiian Tanner McDaniel holds the points lead on the 2016 APB Pro Junior World Tour going into the Pro Junior season finale at the Nazaré Pro in Portugal. McDaniel is looking to fend off the Brazilian trio of Socrates Santana, Diego Gomes, and Matheus Bastos to claim his first ever Pro Junior world title. Here are the current points standings going into the final event of the season:
1. Tanner McDaniel (Hawaii) 3800 points
2. Socrates Santana (Brasil) 3600 points
3. Diego Gomes (Brasil) 3320 points
4. Matheus Bastos (Brasil) 3200 points
